Leslie Lolley has extensive experience in workforce management and call center operations, currently serving as the Workforce Manager at AccessNurse, a TeamHealth Company, since January 2019. In this role, Leslie manages workforce activities for a complex 24/7 medical call center, focusing on forecasting and scheduling. Prior to this, Leslie worked at U.S. Cellular in various capacities, including Operations Coach and Call Center Operations Specialist, where responsibilities included team performance monitoring and talent management. Previous roles also include experience in the service industry at Texas Roadhouse and T-Mobile. Leslie holds a degree in Human Resources & Business from Southern New Hampshire University.
