Michael Frank is a seasoned telecommunications manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Manager of Telecommunications at Access Group, Inc. since June 2003, Michael actively participates in the design and implementation of the company's telecommunication infrastructure, focusing on IVR and predictive-dialer application developments and call center technologies. Previously, Michael held the same managerial role at ING Variable Annuities from April 1998 to June 2002. Michael holds a degree from Temple University.
