Andrea Pals is a seasoned research and data analyst with extensive experience in academic and nonprofit settings. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at AccessLex Institute since December 2022, Andrea previously held the role of Senior Data Analyst at the University of Kentucky from August 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included designing experiments, analyzing data, and mentoring students. Andrea has produced multiple research reports and presentations, taught statistics and research methods to large groups, and contributed to various initiatives aimed at understanding and addressing issues related to sexual violence. With a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Metro State University, Andrea's academic background complements a robust professional portfolio that includes significant involvement in community-focused projects and leadership roles.
