Ted Barrera is a seasoned professional in digital accessibility and user experience, currently holding the position of Principal Lead - Accessibility - Digital Experience Practice at NCS Group Australia since September 2023, while concurrently serving in a similar capacity at AccessHQ since March 2014. Ted's extensive expertise includes customer insights, UX testing and design, accessibility testing, project management, and client management, with notable project contributions for major clients such as Qantas, Department of Human Services, NSW Fair Work Ombudsman, and many more. Previous roles include Marketing Consultant at Ultrasupernew Inc. and Business Development Manager at NOW Corporation, along with experience in institutional sales at HSBC. Ted holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Strategy and Marketing from Bond University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
