Douglas Hoffer, CEBS has a strong background in human resources and total rewards. With experience spanning from General Dynamics to Fidelity Investments to Wellington Management, Douglas has held various leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer and EVP, Chief People Officer. Douglas holds an MBA from Questrom School of Business, Boston University and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
