Kathryn (Kathi) Franklin is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in non-profit health care management. As President of Suburban Primary Health Care Council/Access to Care since July 2015, Kathi oversees initiatives aimed at serving low-income, uninsured, or underinsured populations. Kathi has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Access to Care since 1993, complementing previous leadership roles including President of the American Hospital Association from 1987 to 1992 and Manager of Planning and Evaluation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association from 1982 to 1986. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
