Wynton McClary, PhD, is a scientist specializing in product development and characterization, currently serving as Scientist II at The Access to Advanced Health Institute since April 2021. Previously, Wynton held the position of Scientist I at the same institution. Prior to this, Wynton was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, working in the lab of Dr. Carlos Catalano from October 2016 to March 2021. Wynton completed doctoral research at the University of Washington, focusing on lipid composition's effects on CYP3A4 dynamics and stability, and earned a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry with an emphasis on Biochemistry/Biophysics. Wynton's academic journey began with a B.S. in Biology Pre-Med from Eastern Washington University, followed by a role as a tutor in chemistry and life sciences.
