Kari Phillips, LCSW, is a seasoned professional in the field of social work, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Access: Supports for Living since April 2015. In this role, Kari supervises clinicians across IDD residential group homes and day habilitation programs, focusing on assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving greater independence. Prior to this position, Kari worked at Westchester Jewish Community Services from September 2004 to April 2015 as the Assistant Program Director, where responsibilities included supervising social workers and program coordinators, managing intakes, and providing therapy for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Kari holds a Master of Social Work degree from Wurzweiler School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Brandeis University.
