Jennifer Clum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at Access: Supports for Living since February 2010, Jennifer has a strong focus on strategic staff development, performance management, resource analysis, and system and process improvements. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at McQuade Children's Services and Independent Living, Inc., as well as HR Regional Coordinator at Daymon Worldwide. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media from Marist College, along with certifications in Leadership Principles and Cultural Design from Luman International. Educational background also includes an Associate's degree in Applied Arts from Dutchess Community College and a Regents Diploma from FDR High School.
