Dima Vitsenko has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. At Access Softek, they worked as a Technical Implementation Manager from 2016 to the present, overseeing mobile banking projects and performing requirements analysis. They were also a Technical Implementations Team Lead and more recently, a Crypto Product Manager. At Wincor Nixdorf, they held roles as an ERP Quality Manager and an ERP Support Manager. Prior to that, they were the Head of the IT Department at EksotikFlora. They also worked as an Additional Equipment Specialist at UkrAuto and as a Customer Support Engineer at ESET.

Dima Vitsenko began their education at Classical Gymnasium, where they completed their High School Education in Classical subjects from 1995 to 2005. Following that, they attended the National Aviation University from 2005 to 2010, obtaining a master's degree in Information Technologies.

In 2010, Dima Vitsenko briefly attended Universidade do Porto, where they pursued a Master's degree in IT. However, the duration of their studies at this institution is not specified.

Their academic journey continued at the National Aviation University from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics. The specific field of study during their PhD program was Economics.

Additionally, outside of their formal education, Dima Vitsenko obtained a certification in the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2022.
