Sondra H. Ludwick, MEd, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resource management and change management. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Services at Access Sciences since April 2005, Sondra oversees various internal resources including Human Resource Management, Benefit Administration, and Information Technology, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee career development. Prior to this, Sondra held the position of Senior Manager at Accenture from 1993 to 2004, where responsibilities included managing Change Management services for clients within the Energy and Natural Resources sector. Sondra's academic background includes a Master of Education from the University of Houston, a Post Baccalaureate in Biomedical Communications from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona.
