Tom Gillespie is an experienced executive in the receivables management and debt collection industry, currently serving as President of ACCESS Receivables Management since November 1999. Previously, Tom held the position of President at National Credit Management Corporation from September 1986 to July 1997, where Tom successfully expanded the company from six to over 250 employees and co-developed the first "Checks by Phone" product. Tom began their career as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at Financial Collection Agencies from September 1979 to September 1986, overseeing sales efforts nationwide and establishing an Insurance Division. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Marketing and Business from Bucks County Community College and has additional education from Strayer University-Maryland.
