Helen Pilate-Marsh has been serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Access Media 3 since September 2015, bringing extensive experience in customer service to the role. Prior to this, Helen worked at Aon Hewitt as a Customer Service representative from June 2014 to June 2015, further developing skills in client relations and support.
