Josh Coates is an experienced professional in the insurance and real estate industries, currently serving as the Owner of Access Insurance since September 2008, where the focus is on providing tailored insurance solutions through a diverse range of vendors. In addition to Access Insurance, Josh Coates operates CORE Real Estate Solutions as Owner and Managing Broker since July 2011, specializing in both commercial and residential sales and management. Furthermore, Josh Coates has been the Owner of Coates Properties since January 2001, managing privately held investment properties in the Midwest.
