Jon Rice has over 10 years of experience in IT systems administration and technical support. Jon'smost recent role was as an IT Systems Admin at Access Industries, where they were responsible for maintaining the UK IT infrastructure, managing telecoms contracts, and troubleshooting Office 365. Prior to that, Jon worked as an IT Systems Admin at Foreman Laws Solicitors, where they managed the IT infrastructure, negotiated contracts, and ensured disaster recovery planning. Jon also has experience as an IT Technician at Prior Scientific, where they ran the IT department for a group of companies and managed the EFACS ERP system.

Jon Rice attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Information Technology.
