Svet Tintchev serves as the Vice President of Capital Markets at Access Holdings since January 2023. Prior to this role, Svet held the position of Vice President in Leveraged Finance at RBC Capital Markets from July 2017 to January 2023, specializing in originating, structuring, and executing syndicated loans and high-yield bonds for leveraged buyouts and debt transactions. Between 2014 and 2017, Svet worked as an Associate in Leveraged Finance at Alliance Partners LLC, advising financial institutions on middle market leveraged lending. Earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst in Debt Capital Markets at First Niagara Bank from 2011 to 2014, focusing on middle market loan syndications and interest rate derivatives. Svet holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business (2014-2017) and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan (2006-2010).
