Melissa Thomas has extensive experience in clinical operations and management within the pediatric healthcare sector. Currently serving as the CHMS Coordinator and Director of Clinical Operations at ACCESS Group, Inc. since March 2014, Melissa has made significant contributions to the organization. Previously, as the Vice President of Clinic Operations at Grow Learning Centre from August 2011 to January 2014, Melissa was instrumental in founding the clinic and developing its initial business plan and budget. Earlier roles include Clinic Director at Pediatrics Plus from 2009 to 2011, where Melissa managed a diverse workforce while serving an average of 85 children daily, and Director of Clinical Operations at Ascent Children's Health from 1997 to 2009, overseeing services for over 1,000 developmentally delayed children across 11 facilities. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Speech Pathology and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Arkansas.
