Lisa Ziems is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral health management and consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of Behavioral Health at Access Community Health Network since August 2015, Lisa oversees a team of 10 behavioral health consultants, handling hiring, training, and supervision duties. Previous roles include Behavioral Health Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed patient assessment, psychoeducation, and the development of self-care strategies. Lisa's background also includes leadership at FAiR Fair Allocation in Runways, as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Metropolitan Family Services.
