Stephen Gallogley has extensive experience in network services management, currently serving as the Network Services Manager at Access since April 2008. In this role, Stephen is responsible for the operational delivery of services as outlined in the joint venture between Access and Glasgow City Council, managing relationships and partnerships, including a recent extension with Vodafone. Prior to this position, Stephen held the role of Technical Support Manager at Glasgow City Council from 1990 to 2008 and worked as a Computer Operator/Network Assistant at Manchester City Council from August 1989 to April 1990.
