James Omale currently serves as Team Lead for Learning & Development at Access Bank Plc, a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, James Omale was employed at Diamond Bank Plc from October 2005 to March 2019, where responsibilities included Head of Leadership Development, Head of Business Support School at Diamond Academy, and roles as Competency Development Partner and Learning & Development Administrator, focusing on staff capacity development in strategic support functions. James Omale holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Jos.
