Ilda Bechardas currently serves as the Team Lead for Learning & Development at Access Bank Plc since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ilda worked at Nedbank Moçambique as a Técnica de Formação from December 2011 to January 2023. Earlier in Ilda's career, Ilda was a Gestora de Projectos at GfK from January 2010 to November 2011. Ilda holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from ESAEM, which was completed between 2017 and 2018.
