Adeola Rihanat Adeniran is an experienced banking professional with a demonstrated history of success at Access Bank Plc since March 2013, holding key leadership roles such as Head of Customer Experience Business Partnering for both Corporate and Retail sectors, and Head of Digital Channels. Adeola's expertise encompasses customer service delivery and relationship management, further enhanced by roles in e-banking and telesales. Prior experience includes a position as a Facilitator at PMPI, where Adeola taught Project Management and HSSE.
