Stefania Deac has a strong background in recruitment and HR. Stefania started their career at Sales Consulting in 2010 as a Junior Recruiter, where they gained experience in the entire recruitment process and built strong relationships with candidates. In 2011, they joined msg systems Romania as a Senior Recruiter, where they played a key role in shaping the company's culture and implemented strategies based on market trends. In 2019, Stefania moved to accesau.eu as an IT Recruitment Business Partner, focusing on building an effective recruitment process and supporting business growth. Stefania is currently the Head of the Recruitment Team at accesau.eu, where they guide and influences the next generation of recruiters and is involved in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Stefania Deac has a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Health Psychology from Babes Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same institution from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Stefania has also obtained several certifications, such as Digital Marketing Trends, Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself, Guy Kawasaki on Entrepreneurship, Mindfulness, Shane Snow on Storytelling, and Sramana Mitra on Bootstrapping, through online courses on LinkedIn.
