Elizabeth Cruz began their work experience at Lacoste in August 2011 as a Sales Associate and worked there until May 2014. Elizabeth then transitioned to Metropolitan Family Services in August 2013 as an Activity Worker, where they worked until May 2014. In May 2014, Elizabeth joined Accertify, Inc. as a Fraud Analyst I. Elizabeth was later promoted to Fraud Analyst II in June 2016, and most recently, they have been working as a Senior Analyst since May 2018.

Elizabeth Cruz attended Northern Illinois University from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
