Aaron Hoffman has a diverse work experience in the field of loss prevention and fraud prevention. Aaron started their career in 2010 as a Loss Prevention Agent for Menards at STO Investigations, LLC/Compass Loss Prevention. Aaron worked in this role for three years before moving to O'Brien & Associates where they continued to work as a Loss Prevention Agent for Menards from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined The TJX Companies, Inc. as a Loss Prevention Detective for a brief period of three months. Later in 2015, they joined Accertify, Inc. as a Fraud Strategist, where they are currently employed.

Aaron Hoffman has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from North Central College. Aaron also holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from the College of DuPage. In addition to their academic qualifications, Aaron has obtained a certification in John E. Reid & Associates Interview and Interrogation Techniques from John E. Reid & Associates, Inc. in February 2015.
