Marcus Böker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in venture investment and administration at PHOENIX CONTACT since September 2010. As Vice President, Böker serves on the New Business Board and oversees various areas including Venture, M&A, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Governance. In addition to this role, Böker has been Managing Director at PHOENIX CONTACT Innovation Ventures GmbH since January 2015 and holds multiple board positions, including Membership in the Supervisory Board of Digital Spine and the Board of Directors of several companies such as SIGA, aedifion, urban energy GmbH, Accerion, EtherWAN Systems Inc., and Perle Systems. Educational achievements include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Münster and qualifications as a Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) and Diplom Kaufmann (FH) in European Business Management.
