Sandeep B S Rao is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Accenture since December 2020, Sandeep leads recruitment efforts for the Cloud First and Security Practice. Prior to this role, Sandeep was the Associate Vice President at Accenture, focusing on talent acquisition for the North America vertical. Sandeep's experience at NTT DATA, Inc. from August 2010 to December 2020 includes serving as Associate Director and Talent Acquisition Leader for the APAC market, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing recruitment across multiple countries and establishing talent acquisition frameworks. Earlier career stages include significant roles at Wipro Technologies, where Sandeep managed leadership hiring and vendor development across various regions, as well as at Hotriya and Mafoi Management Consultants in recruitment positions. Sandeep holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Pondicherry University.
