Neela Kamble has been a key member of Accenture since June 2017, where progress from Recruiting Analyst to Senior Recruiting Analyst and ultimately Team Leadhas involved significant contributions such as redesigning the Employee Referral process to enhance the overall employee and candidate experience. In previous roles, Neela focused on strategic sourcing and alumni hiring initiatives, effectively advocating for employee referrals. Prior experience includes an HR internship at Bosch Automotive Electronics India Private Limited and a summer internship at Synopsys Inc., both providing foundational insights into HR functions. Neela holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Christ University, Bangalore.
