Ashley Clymo is a Strategy Manager and Leadership Consultant at Accenture, where involvement began in June 2023 following Accenture's acquisition of YSC Consulting. Prior to this role, Ashley served as a Senior Leadership Consultant at YSC Consulting since May 2019 and contributed to Capgemini Invent as a Consultant and Associate Consultant from January 2017 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes an internship at Egremont Group in July 2014, focusing on conducting a project involving mystery shops and data analysis, and a brief internship with the Schindler Group in August 2010, assisting the marketing department. Ashley holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London (2015-2016) and a degree in Psychology from UCL (2012-2015), alongside completing education at Clifton College (2004-2011).
