Aimee Sziklai currently serves as Managing Director and Healthcare Portfolio Leader at Accenture, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Aimee was a Partner and Commercial Payer Leader at Guidehouse from May 2021 to October 2024, and before that, served as Vice President and Global Head of Healthcare at Capgemini from February 2016 to May 2021, where significant accomplishments included managing a $300M+ portfolio and leading strategic initiatives in healthcare innovation and transformation. Previous experience includes roles as Managing Director at Three-Sixty Advisory Group, Chief Operating Officer at Gold Coast Health Plan, and various positions at WellPoint, where Aimee directed vendor management and strategic sourcing efforts. Aimee holds a BA in Political Science/International Relations and Spanish from UC Santa Barbara.
