Aaron Foley currently serves as the Recruitment Lead for Technology and Inclusion & Diversity at Accenture, where responsibilities encompass the management of candidate attraction, recruitment, assessment, and retention to exceed client needs. Prior to joining Accenture in February 2019, Aaron was a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at SThree, achieving recognition as the No. 1 and No. 2 Top Consultant in the UK and Ireland in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Aaron's earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Recruitment Consultant at Computer Futures, a prominent IT recruitment consultancy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and German from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Universität Passau.
