Shelly Marks is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at AccentCare, Shelly focuses on hospice and personal care services. Previous engagements include serving as an Executive Leadership Coach and HR Consultant for Independent Engagements, where custom leadership development programs were created. At Alliance Data, Shelly excelled as an Executive Committee Member and Vice President of Human Resources, significantly growing the HR department and launching successful leadership development programs in collaboration with The Ohio State University. Earlier experience includes roles at Frontstep, Inc., Cardinal Health, and CompuServe, with a strong emphasis on compensation analysis, talent development, and HR systems management. Shelly holds a BSBA in Human Resources Management and English from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University.
