Nicky Ghotbi currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer at AccentCare, Inc., a position held since April 2007, with previous roles including VP of Talent Management and Director of Organizational Development. Prior to joining AccentCare, Nicky held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Ameriquest Mortgage Company from January 2006 to March 2007, and acted as Manager of Human Resources at Archos Inc. from September 2003 to January 2006. Nicky began a career in human resources at Talent Squad, managing HR and Training from September 2000 to August 2003. Nicky earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University-Los Angeles between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from California State University, Fullerton from 1997 to 2002.
