Acheref B. has a diverse work experience starting with an internship at UPI Inc. in 2006. Acheref then worked as a Junior Field Engineer at Saint-Gobain Gyproc Middle East from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they held the role of Senior Field Engineer/Junior Project Manager at Bouygues Construction from 2010 to 2014. After that, they worked at Dalkia Smart Building from 2014 to 2022, where they served as an Energy Management Engineer and later as an Operational Manager. Currently, Acheref B. is employed at Accenta.ai as an Operational Manager (Project Director), Engineer, and Digital Expert, starting in February 2022.

Acheref B. completed a Diplôme d'ingénieur (Master's Degree) in Génie civil, énergie et environnement from Mines Douai in the years 2005-2008. Later, in 2017-2018, they pursued further education at HEC Paris and Mines Paris, obtaining degrees in Business Management, Management Information Systems, and Strategic Management / Information Technology Management.
