Enzo van der Hidde is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within the hotel industry. Currently serving as the Happiness Hub Manager and Central Reservations Manager at Accent Inns since April 2023, Enzo spearheaded the restructuring of the Central Reservations office, enhancing customer service and revenue for multiple properties in British Columbia. Prior to this, Enzo held positions at Hotel Zed, leading initiatives for staff accommodation, and at Wickaninnish Inn, where responsibilities included reservations and housekeeping roles during challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic. With a strong background in guest relations, team leadership, and operational management, Enzo combines hands-on skills and strategic oversight, having also excelled in roles at W Hotels and Belmond Copacabana Palace. Enzo holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Institut Lyfe and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University IAE Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
