Mackenzie Lenahan is an experienced professional in the fields of customer success and event management, currently serving as VP of Customer Success and previously holding roles such as Director of Event Supervisors and National Event Supervisor at Qtego Fundraising Services since July 2015. In addition, Mackenzie has been part of Accent on Indianapolis as Seasonal Contract Staff since May 2014, assisting with program execution and logistics. Previous experience includes a Development Intern position at Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, where responsibilities included managing a Silent Auction for the BIG Wish Gala, and a role with the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation, focusing on event sponsorship and planning for the Mad Egg Dash. Mackenzie's background also includes marketing and event support internships at the Eiteljorg Museum and Detail + Design, as well as teaching assistance at Adventures Child Daycare Center. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
