Embedded Software Engineer at Accelsius

Shaina Le has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

In 2017, they worked as a Student Technician at Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, where they maintained technical resources for distance learning and acted as a liaison between professors and students.

Starting in 2018, Shaina joined Texas A&M University as a System Administrator. In this role, they configured an HPC cluster and performed maintenance tasks on multiple clusters to ensure reliability and performance. Shaina also supported research efforts by troubleshooting and resolving HPC software issues and streamlined course data collection for analysis.

In 2019, Shaina worked at the United States Postal Service as an Information Technology Solutions Architect. Here, they redesigned the structure of the department website and compiled and documented application programming interfaces to support the creation of an API repository.

In 2020, Shaina briefly worked at McAfee as a Product Security Engineer. In this role, they assessed and resolved security issues within McAfee products and compiled internet-facing assets to document the company's vulnerability landscape.

Currently, Shaina is employed at Accelsius as an Embedded Software Engineer, starting in 2023.

Throughout their work experience, Shaina has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to adapt to different domains and roles.

Shaina Le's education history begins with their high school diploma from AFNorth Middle/High School, obtained from 2012 to 2016. Shaina then attended Texas A&M University Galveston Campus from 2016 to 2017, studying Engineering Studies, General. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, a program they completed from 2017 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Shaina has also obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they received a certification in Ethical Hacking: Hacking Web Servers and Web Applications from LinkedIn. In May 2020, they obtained a certification in Security Testing: Nmap Security Scanning, also from LinkedIn. Lastly, in August 2019, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified (LSSYBC) certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
