Jeff T. has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.
Starting in 1994, they worked as a Design Engineer at Jabil Circuit until 1998. Jeff then joined Saturn Electronics and Engineering as a Project Engineer in 1999.
In 2000, Jeff T. started working at Dell Inc. as a Sr. Consultant and Development Engineer. Jeff led the design effort for multiple servers and was responsible for circuit design, layout, and ensuring reliability and quality targets. Jeff also played a crucial role in driving defects to closure and mentoring start-up design centers in Taiwan and India. In addition, Jeff T. engaged in customer visits and installations, interpreting customer concerns and compliments to improve the company's products.
From 2006 to 2010, they worked at BitHarmony Inc. as a Principal Consultant. Here, they specialized in MS-SQL Server 2005 development, system integration, and data migration. Jeff was involved in various projects, including the integration and development of FedEx's Acorn EPS system, where they contributed to SQL Server 2005 SSIS package development and system architecture review.
Returning to Dell Technologies in 2009, Jeff T. took on the role of Data Center Solutions - Senior Engineering Consultant. Jeff focused on architecting, designing, and developing data center hardware solutions for hyper-scale customers in the search, cloud, and compute industries.
In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Software Development Manager at Dell Technologies. In this position, they led technical teams responsible for custom BIOS and re-branding projects for OEM customers. Jeff also engaged with customers to facilitate sales of server and client compute solutions.
In 2015, Jeff T. became an Enterprise Architect at Dell Technologies. Jeff analyzed technical and business gaps/advantages of emerging technologies and facilitated CTO-level technical discussions with current and acquisition customers.
Most recently, in 2022, they joined Accelsius as the Vice President of Engineering.
Jeff T. attended Oakland University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
