Christian Carrillo Quiñonez has worked in several roles over the last 25 years. In 2014, they were the Lead Generation Director at AccelOne. From 1999 to 2014, they were the Call Center Manager and Expert in Information and Projects at Telefónica Móviles Guatemala. Theirrole as Call Center Manager involved developing strategies in Call Center Performance, coordinating and monitoring the activities of telephone service to customers, and increasing and improving the productivity of the call center. As Expert in Information and Projects, they were responsible for measuring and analyzing to identify opportunities for improvement and creating projects for achieving the objectives at the enterprise level, as well as implementing self-service projects and generating knowledge and discovering patterns of behavior to determine the needs and expectations of customers. From 1995 to 1999, they were a Systems Administrator at GBM Guatemala, an IBM Alliance Company.

Christian Carrillo Quiñonez completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Universidad Francisco Marroquín between 1995 and 2000. Christian then obtained a Master's degree in Management Analysis and Reliability from Universidad Galileo between 2003 and 2004. In 2008 and 2009, they earned a Master in Business Administration in Marketing from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Additionally, they attended Aden Business School and Liceo Guatemala.
