Pietro Ruscica has worked in the IT industry since 2006. Pietro began their career at Macquarie Group as a Test Analyst, then a Technical Test Analyst, and finally as a Team Leader in COIN Technical Support. In 2013, they joined Mercer Australia as an IT Fund Support Lead (Mercer Administration Services), Manager of IT Testing Services, Senior Test Analyst, and Test Analyst. Most recently, they have been employed at Accelo since 2020 as a Senior Test Automation Engineer and QA Tester & Automation Engineer.

Pietro Ruscica completed a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Wollongong in 2010, with a major in Web Design & Development. In 2018, they obtained a Cert IV Leadership and Management from UOW College. In 2012, they were awarded the ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level (CTFL) from the Australia and New Zealand Testing Board. In 2007, they were awarded the Certified Customer Service Professional from the Customer Service Institue of Australia.
