Morgan Hugo is a Process Mining Engineer at Accelirate Inc. since October 2021, with a rich background in data engineering and software development. Prior experience includes over two decades at Syntellis Performance Solutions as an ETL Developer, Systems Analyst, and Database Administrator, where Morgan contributed to enterprise-level healthcare analytics by developing a metadata-driven script framework for Oracle database servers. Earlier, Morgan served as a Software Engineer at the United States Department of Agriculture from 1991 to 2000, creating the WIN*PST water quality analytics software. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 1991.
