Ariane Ramirez has held a variety of roles in the customer service field since 2008. Ariane began their career as an Executive Assistant to the President at Jaguar Land Rover in 2008. In 2010, they joined Ascott Makati as a Guest Service Officer, Guest Service Supervisor, and Ascott Host. In 2014, they moved to Ascott Bonifacio Global City as a Guest Service Supervisor. In 2016, they joined Ambid Technologies as a Customer Experience Manager. Finally, in 2020, they joined Accelevents as a Customer Success Associate, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Experience Team Manager.
Ariane Ramirez graduated from Assumption College, San Lorenzo in 2005 with a Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations and Advertising, having attended the college from 1999.
