Starting at Monster Energy in 2004, he worked his way up to Operations Business Process Development Manager before transitioning to other companies such as Nawgan Products, Coco Libre, and now A SHOC Energy, where he currently serves as the Vice President Operations. Throughout his career, Tim has demonstrated a strong track record in optimizing operations and driving innovation within the organizations he has been a part of.
