Chelsea Parkes is an experienced People & Culture Operations professional, currently serving as the People & Culture Operations Manager at Accelerate Change Network since April 2023. Previously, Chelsea held various roles at The Trevor Project, including People & Culture Operations Associate and Recruitment Associate, where contributions included program development and full-cycle recruitment management. Prior experience encompasses roles in technical recruiting at TEKsystems, career advocacy at Bryant University, and internships at The Hartford, Women's Sports Foundation, and Aqua Techniques Ltd.
