Muhamad Ilman Nafian began their work experience in January 2022 as a Site Reliability Engineer at Shopee. Muhamad Ilman worked there until February 2023. In February 2023, they joined AccelByte as a Site Reliability Engineer, and their tenure there is ongoing.

Muhamad Ilman Nafian completed their Bachelor of Information Technology - BInfTech degree with a specialization in Software Design at The University of Queensland from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, they pursued their Sarjana Ilmu Komputer - S.Kom degree in Computer Science at the University of Indonesia from 2017 to 2021.
