Jeremy Aquino has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Jeremy started their career at Prosoft Engineering as a Technical Support representative from November 2011 to July 2013. During this time, they provided technical support to customers.
In July 2013, Jeremy joined Accela as a Customer Support Lead. In this role, they were responsible for providing support and maintaining high customer satisfaction for Accela's On-Premise and SaaS customers. Jeremy managed sensitive and top-tier accounts, handling their priority cases and improving relationships for upsell and renewal opportunities.
Jeremy also played a crucial role in streamlining the On-Premise customer's server upgrade processes, which resulted in saved support hours and improved customer experience. Jeremy configured and maintained replication environments on test servers to help reproduce customer issues and authored knowledge articles on known issues to provide self-help resources to customers.
As a Customer Success Manager at Accela from November 2018 to April 2022, Jeremy further strengthened customer relationships and ensured their success with Accela's solutions. Jeremy also mentored other support analysts, reviewed their open cases, and provided product training. Jeremy worked closely with Engineering, Product Management, and QA teams to review possible defects and escalated cases.
In April 2022, Jeremy transitioned to the role of Presales Solutions Architect at Accela, where they utilized their expertise to support the sales team by designing and presenting technical solutions to prospective clients.
In December 2022, Jeremy was promoted to the Senior Solution Architect role at Accela, where they continue to contribute their technical skills and knowledge to drive successful solution implementations for clients.
Jeremy Aquino completed their education from 2007 to 2011 at California State University - East Bay, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
