Scott Judt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Scott began their career at International Wire Group in 1990 as a Plant Manager and stayed with the company until 2002. Scott then joined Group DEKKO as a Process Engineer and later became an Operations Manager / Partner at Maplewood Wire. In 2007, they became the Operations Manager at Nishikawa Standard Company and held this position until 2014 when they moved to Group DEKKO as an Engineer / Lean Coordinator. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Plant Superintendent at Martin Sprocket & Gear. In 2019, they joined SMI Division of DCX-CHOL Enterprises, Inc. as a Production Manager and held this role until 2021. Currently, they are working at Accel International Holdings, where they started as a Director of Operations and later became the Vice President of Operations in April 2023.

Scott Judt received an Associate's degree in General Studies from Indiana Institute of Technology in 2012.
