Sharmila Seneviratne is a Senior Executive in Human Resources with extensive experience across various companies. Currently employed at Accario Global since September 2023 and previously with RENUKA AGRI FOODS PLC from February 2022 to August 2023, Sharmila has demonstrated strong leadership in managing recruitment projects. Prior roles include HR Executive at Swisstek Aluminium and Team Manager at Glover Daniels Research Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed line management and various research positions. Sharmila's academic background includes a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka, a Postgraduate Diploma in Information System Management from the University of Colombo, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.
