Giles Rafol has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Giles Rafol completed an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley from 2006 to 2018. In 2010, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, but it remains incomplete as they left the program in 2011. Additionally, from 2008 to 2010, Giles was on hiatus from their studies at the University of Illinois Chicago, where they were working towards a BS in Computer Science.

In terms of certifications, Giles obtained Kappa Beta Delta certification from Kappa Beta Delta in March 2022.
