Tara M. is an experienced professional with a strong background in policy and people management. Currently serving as the Head of People at Acasus since March 2022, Tara previously worked at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from October 2006 to March 2022, where roles included Cyber Policy Team Lead, 1st Secretary focusing on Foreign, Cyber and Security Policy, and as a Desk Officer for Cyber Policy related to North Korea, as well as positions addressing Trade, Economic Policy, and Counter-Terrorism in Afghanistan. Earlier experience includes coaching debate at Cheney School from January 2005 to May 2006. Tara holds both a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oxford, completed in 2006 and 2004, respectively.
